Adi Livneh has been with Tefron as Chief Executive Officer and Director since September 1, 2008. In this role, Mr. Livneh has been responsible for a renewed focus on operations, increasing efficiencies in production, along with a strategic realignment within the organization. Before joining Tefron, Mr. Livneh served as the CEO of Global Wire Ltd., a producer and marketer of electrical conductors for various industries. Previous to this Mr. Livneh served as the CEO of Kitan Textile Industries, an Israeli home textile manufacturer that sells its products under many well known labels such as Royal Sateen, Esprit and Mexx. Mr. Livneh holds a B.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Israeli Institute of Technology (Technion) and a graduate degree in Business Administration from Bar Ilan University.

Eran Rotem has been Chief Financial Officer and Director of Tefron since August 17, 2008. Mr. Rotem has played an integral role in setting the Company’s overall strategy with the goal of delivering positive growth and profitability to the Company. Previous to joining Tefron, Mr. Rotem served as Chief Financial Officer of Healthcare Technologies Ltd. and of the Gamida For Life Group, from 2002 to 2008. Healthcare Technologies Ltd. is a company which was traded on the NASDAQ Capital Market. Between 1995 and 2002, Mr. Rotem served as a senior manager at Ernst & Young located in Israel. Mr. Rotem has broad financial and managerial experience and holds a BA in Accounting and Business Administration from the Tel Aviv College of Management as well as is a Certified Public Accountant.

Amit Tal Vice President of Marketing and Sales, is responsible for creating the Company’s Sports Innovation Division, establishing the Oregon based office in January 2003, and driving its thriving customer base. Mr. Tal has been the Company’s core business development lead since joining Tefron in 2001.
